Job Description
As the Head of Sortation Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the sorting process of our organization. Your main objective is to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of goods within specified timelines.
In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize sortation operations, streamline processes, and improve productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of sortation staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and operational standards. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management.
