Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Health Account Non-voice. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry.
Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about health insurance policies and claims. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience throughout their interactions with us.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also key requirements. Experience in a similar non-voice customer service role, particularly in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
