Job Description
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- A Certificate in (BOSH) Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training under the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) is preferred
- At least two to four years of relevant experience in a related field is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including creating presentations, pivot tables, and spreadsheets, among others.
Areas of Responsibility
Clinic Management
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to injured or ill workers, ensuring prompt treatment and appropriate referral for occupational and non-occupational diseases.
- Conduct medical examinations within the scope allowed by the nursing profession and coordinate more extensive examinations with physicians or hospitals when necessary.
- Validate and verify medical certificates to ensure employees’ fitness for work.
Wellness Programs
- Showcase expertise in managing numerous health campaigns, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate health and wellness initiatives into the overall company strategy.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of health and wellness programs.
- Evaluate the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.
Database Management
- Collaborate with the Medical Team to establish and maintain a comprehensive Health and Wellness Database.
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of health-related data for efficient monitoring and decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
License/Certification:
- A Certificate in (BOSH) (Preferred)
