Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Health & Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will analyze and manage employee health and benefit programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include evaluating health plans, assessing benefit costs, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with HR and management to implement effective strategies that support our workforce’s needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in health benefits analysis is highly preferred.
