Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at GlobalBPO – PH as Health Care Assistants. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer support and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat support only
  • Provide information and assistance regarding health care services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year college level
  • High School graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in English
