Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at GlobalBPO – PH as Health Care Assistants. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer support and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support only
- Provide information and assistance regarding health care services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year college level
- High School graduates are welcome
- Proficient in English
