Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with financial transactions and inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Resolve client concerns and disputes.
- Provide financial advice and guidance.
- Adhere to regulations and data security.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
