Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
3-5 years experience in healthcare management, health insurance administration, or related field, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of PhilHealth policies, ICD-10 coding, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, database management.
- Analytical skills, billing/coding processes understanding.
- Leadership, team management, communication skills.
- Organizational, time management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 12 hour, Day, Night shift
- Overtime, Shift system, Weekends
