Job Description
As a Health & Safety Advisor (Safety Officer), your primary responsibility is to ensure the workplace complies with health and safety regulations. You will conduct risk assessments, implement safety policies, and provide training to staff on safety procedures.
You will also investigate accidents, create reports, and recommend solutions to prevent future incidents. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey safety protocols to employees and management.
Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, relevant certifications, and a thorough understanding of safety legislation. Experience in conducting safety audits and developing emergency response plans is preferred.
