General Responsibilities:
- Address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns professionally.
- Have good product knowledge and maintain empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Visit Ortigas site for Face-to-Face Interview ONLY.
- Filipino Citizen or with relevant residence status.
- Age 18 and above, at least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate.
- Proficient in English; possess active listening skills.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Prior call center or customer service experience is advantageous.
