Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Be responsible for providing excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services and insurance coverage.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding healthcare services and insurance claims.
- Accurately update patient information in the management system.
- Communicate updates on healthcare policies and insurance plans.
