Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at Sapient Careers Ph – SGS! You can earn up to Php 28,00 monthly and enjoy a Php 30,00 sign-on bonus.
Position Overview: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate information on healthcare services and insurance.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Update patient information accurately.
- Communicate policy changes to customers.
We offer various shifts, including day, night, and graveyard. Both voice and non-voice accounts are available.
