Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training!
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Requirements include:
- Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with phones and computers.
- Filipino citizen or relevant residency status.
- Must possess an educational diploma.
Compensation: Up to Php26,00.00/month plus excellent benefits!
