Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to Php25,00 monthly. Sapient is urgently hiring dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries on medical services, insurance, and billing
- Assist patients with appointments and medical records
- Verify insurance coverage, process claims/bills
- Resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction
- Achieve performance targets for customer satisfaction and quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
