Job Description

Qualifications:
- If no HMO work experience, at least 2 years college education of any MEDICAL ALLIED course (ex. BS Nursing, BS Psych, MedTech, RadTech, Physical Therapist, Caregiver, Midwife, etc.)
- Able and willing to work ON-SITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- No BPO experience needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts utilization reviews to determine if patients are receiving care appropriate to illness or condition.
- Consults with medical and treatment staff regarding client diagnosis, medical justification, length of treatment, and case documentation.
- Communicate with physicians to ascertain their plans for a timely discharge.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers Analyze and determine the eligibility of medical claims.
- Coordinate with providers and specialists in assessing the validity of claims.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
