Job Description
OTeleservices, located in Ortigas, Metro Manila, is seeking a friendly and communicative Healthcare Assistant to become a valuable part of our team. In this position, you will engage with customers through phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information and efficiently resolving their inquiries and complaints.
Prior experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training for our new hires. We welcome applications from Filipino citizens holding a diploma and possessing strong verbal and communication skills.
