Job Description

One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00 monthly at Sapient Solutions. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with understanding their bills, charges, and payment options.
  • Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in line with company policies.
  • Help customers set up payment plans or arrangements when needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on billing and account management activities.
