Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at SGS Sapient in our Metro sites. Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly while providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate information on healthcare services and insurance.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints related to healthcare.
- Update patient information in our systems accurately.
- Communicate updates in healthcare policies to customers.
