Job Description
Access Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Biology graduate to join our Blended (Voice and Back Office) Healthcare Customer Service Representative account.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of patient medical charts.
- Collaborate with insurance payers and nurse reviewers to assess patient conditions.
- Initiate authorizations for medical services, including imaging, surgeries, procedures, and therapies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
- Strong English communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance and paid training.
