Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Claims Adjudication Lead to oversee daily adjudication operations, ensuring accurate and timely claim determinations while maintaining strict compliance with payer policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes leading and mentoring a team, troubleshooting complex claims, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with providers and payers to resolve escalations.
- Minimum 5 years’ claims adjudication experience; strong knowledge of ICD/CPT coding, claims systems, and HIPAA
- Proven leadership, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent communication and performance management skills to drive quality metrics and efficiency
