Job Description
As a Healthcare Collection Representative, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable for healthcare facilities. Key duties include contacting patients for payment, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
You will need excellent communication skills to interact with patients and insurance companies. Strong organizational skills are crucial for keeping track of payments and updating records accurately.
Experience in medical billing or collections is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical coding is a plus.
