Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Healthcare Collection Representative to join our team at Optum. As a Healthcare Collection Representative, you will be responsible for contacting patients and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical bills and ensure timely payments.
Your main duties will include reviewing accounts, negotiating payment plans, and updating financial records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are key for success in this role. Experience in healthcare billing and knowledge of insurance policies are preferred.
