What we look for:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any course
- With at least one (1) year of BPO experience – Voice; preferable healthcare account but not required
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of medical provider credentialing and accreditation principles, policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be amenable to temporary work from home
- Must also be amenable to work onsite (Taguig)
