Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives at our Ortigas site.
List of vacant positions available for immediate hiring:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate solutions to customers’ needs using procedures and scripts.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience with all customers.
Qualifications:
- 18 years old or above
- At least a high school graduate
- Conversant in English
- Strong listening skills and empathy
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: Php18,00.00 – Php28,987.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule: 8-hour shifts with additional pay types including 13th month salary and overtime pay.
