Job Description
We seek a remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to deliver empathetic, professional support to patients and providers. You will manage inbound calls and messages, assist with benefits and claims inquiries, schedule appointments, document interactions in our CRM, and escalate clinical issues when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Flexible hours, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet home workspace required
Comprehensive training will be provided.
