Job Description
Access Healthcare is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account.
Qualifications:
- SHS Grad, Undergrads, or Any 4-year course.
- Good to excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Credentialing account and Healthcare Insurance.
- Amenable to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
- Amenable to work on night shift schedule.
- Can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to providers for accurate information.
- Affiliate providers with payers or insurance companies.
- Work on Accounts Receivable or denied claims accounts.
- Document actions taken in the revenue cycle system.
