Job Description
We are hiring customer service representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will be responsible for processing concerns, escalating complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve complaints
- Know products thoroughly to answer questions
- Keep records of interactions and feedback
Requirements:
- At least completed 1st year of college
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- 1 year experience in Healthcare/Insurance/Finance
- Comfortable with computers
- Willing to work in Alabang
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
