Job Description
Global Healthcare Resources is seeking a full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative to provide professional, in-person support for healthcare inquiries. The role involves verifying eligibility, managing claims and billing questions, and responding to basic medical terminology inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience (healthcare account experience a plus), strong spoken and written English, working knowledge of healthcare processes, and proficiency in computers, typing, and data entry. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Paid training will be provided.
