Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Analyze situations and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks while adhering to scripts and guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite or hybrid.
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience welcome to apply.
- At least High School/SHS Graduate.
- Average to good communication skills.
Pay: Php19,500.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
