Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services, insurance, and appointments.
- Resolve complaints related to healthcare services and billing in a timely manner.
- Enter and update patient information in our healthcare management system.
- Communicate updates on policies and insurance plans to customers.
