Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Provide excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clear information on healthcare services, insurance coverage, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints related to healthcare services in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in the management system.
- Communicate updates in healthcare policies and procedures to customers.
