Job Description
Snapscale is seeking an on-site healthcare virtual assistant (HVA) for a US-based doctor’s office to assist with various tasks. As an HVA, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient intake, and insurance verification.
Requirements:
- Comfortable communicating with US-based patients
- Medical/HVA experience
- Experience with insurance verification
- Experience with appointment scheduling/rescheduling
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Very organized
- Must be happy and helpful by nature
- HIPAA certified (training provided)
