Job Description
Snapscale is seeking a bilingual English and Mandarin speaking healthcare virtual assistant (HVA) for a US-based ophthalmology office to assist with tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and patient intake. This position can be performed remotely.
Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm EST
Salary: PHP 70,00-74,00 per month (salary based on experience)
Requirements:
- Comfortable communicating with US-based patients
- Medical/HVA experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Very organized
- Must be happy and helpful by nature
- Mandarin speaking (required)
- Experience with insurance verification (preferred)
- HIPAA certified (training provided)
