Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various heavy machinery, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular inspections and diagnostic tests on heavy equipment
- Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
- Repairing faulty components and systems
- Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
