Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary role of this position is to provide technical support and assistance to our internal users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and escalating complex technical concerns to higher-level support teams.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
