Job Description
We are currently seeking a Help Desk Support – German Speaker to join our team in Alabang. As a Help Desk Support, you will assist German-speaking clients with technical issues and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and possess strong communication skills in English. Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role is preferred. This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote and office-based work.
