A day in the life…
- Handles non-technical tasks like communication and documentation
- Liaises with Markets/Agencies, triaging and assigning tickets to OSL team
- Updates NCID list and supports MDFA Comms Specialist
- Resolves customer queries promptly
- Contributes to Order to Cash Continuous Improvement projects
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or IT
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS 365 suite
- Detail-oriented with ticket documentation
