Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities include resolving technical problems, maintaining hardware and software systems, and documenting support procedures. A Help Desk Technician should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to ensure quick resolution of client issues.
