Job Description
- A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses
- 1-2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
- Experience in handling POS terminals
- Knowledgeable in Applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good computer troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work during holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes
- Highly organized with self-discipline
