Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and prompt support to our clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Your main duties will include managing incoming requests, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
