Job Description
DataConnect Network Services, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Support professional. You will be the first contact for customers needing technical assistance via phone or email. Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting and collaborating with IT professionals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems. Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month. Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Davao City.
