Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls/emails and provide Level 1 or 2 support
- Manage reporting needs for internal/external clients
- Collaborate on documentation and SOPs
- Meet and exceed client/company’s KPIs
Basic Helpdesk Support:
- Analyze ticket types and requirements
- Perform Bug Investigation & Troubleshooting
- Setup of automated document delivery
Escalation of Incidents:
- Requests for training, customized reports/documents
- Security Access
- Setup of master data
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year technical support experience
- Good customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Freight Forwarding or Logistics background (preferred)
- Excellent English skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig
- Can start ASAP and work on shifting schedules
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
