Job Description
We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. Your main duties will include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and escalating complex queries to the relevant support teams.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role and a customer-oriented approach are highly desirable.
