As a Helpdesk team member, you will be responsible for the handling of service requests. This relates to all technology, including: tablets, printers, phones, networks, hardware, software, and general administration tasks.
What it takes to be part of our team?
- At least 1 year of similar experience
- Preferably has Technical Support experience in a BPO industry
- Has a background in doing email and chat support, inbound/outbound calls, and basic troubleshooting
- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience or any IT software experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
