Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Helpline Representative in our Human Resource Shared Service department. The successful candidate will be fluent in Japanese and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues, primarily in Japanese
- Develop a solid understanding of company policies and procedures to effectively provide accurate information and advice
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Maintain documentation of all interactions and update the HR database accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance the employee experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
