Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a part-time High-Level Executive Assistant. This position is a crucial role within our company, providing support to our executive team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, arranging travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential files and records. Additionally, they will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as conducting research and providing general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
