Job Description
As a High Prio Telco Account | Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for managing high-priority telecommunications accounts and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and interact directly with customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with assigned telecom accounts.
- Ensuring that customer needs are met and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and cross-selling telecom services and products to existing customers.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be customer-oriented, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in telecom customer service is preferred.
