Job Description
The Project Manager plans, directs, manages, and oversees the design and construction of high-rise projects to achieve goals within schedule and budget. This role requires collaboration with the Bureau Veritas PH team to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Professional License in relevant engineering or architecture.
- 10 years of vertical construction project management experience.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans and schedules.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Communicating with stakeholders.
