Job Description
Are you fluent in both Hindi and English? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Hindi Bilingual Customer Service representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Hindi-speaking customers. As a Hindi Bilingual Customer Service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction. You will handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers via our live chat support.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and fluency in both Hindi and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. You should be a problem solver, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
