Job Description
We are URGENTLY looking for:
– HMO Associate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any related course;
- good communication skills;
- highly computer literate;
- highly organized and very keen to details;
- and customer service oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle insurance claims from patients;
- checks for claim coverage and validity;
- maintain an updated file of all HMOs;
- assist patient in coordinating out-patient request approvals from accredited HMO providers;
- perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
