Job Description
- Handles phone and face-to-face HMO inquiries.
- Verifies authenticity and validity of the patient’s HMO ID.
- Interviews patients regarding their HMO membership.
- Determines category as HMO beneficiary/dependent.
- Provides patients with HMO documents.
- Assists patients in filling up forms properly and informs them of additional documents needed for processing.
- Verifies the accuracy and completeness of the data.
- Confirms HMO coverage.
- Informs patients of the status of their applications.
- Endorses HMO claim form and list of requirements to accounting.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
